At www.avesis.com they only work with the states of GA, IA, MD, MA, MN, TX and IN.  At www.safeguard.net their primary markets are CA, FL, NV and TX. Depending upon what state you live in, different programs and insurance options exist. You can also go to your state's department of insurance's website to look for health agents. For example, this is the website for the department of insurance for Texas http://www.tdi.state.tx.us/. You can google your state's insurance department and look for providers and plans that way.

Anyone know of a good dental plan that would cover braces? My kid needs some really bad. He gets picked on at school every day for having crooked teeth and I'm sick of hearing about it! Any suggestions would be appreciated.
