I don't see your acid reflux as being a problem as long as you see a doctor for it regularly and take your medication. You won't be rated at preferred best or anything, but you might be able to get something a little cheaper than what you currently have. You shouldn't limit your choices to just AIG. There are plenty of other competitive companies out there that can offer you better premiums than AIG despite your condition. Something else that could help you improve your health before taking a medical exam is to exercise and eat healthy. Make sure you get an endoscopy if you have had this problem for a long time. Ever heard of Barrett's Esophagus? Not something that you wanna mess with, it can lead to throat cancer. Catch it early my friend.
