I think Prudential Life Insurance Company accepts applications from Canadian residents. You might even qualify for their preferred best rating class depending upon your health status. However, this is only limited to a UL or SUL policy. In some countries (depending on their laws), insurance regulations prevent their residents from getting life insurance outside their own country. You might want to see if that is the case for Canada.
