It will help in the long run, but an immediate improvement may not be seen. People struggling to make ends meet in the first place will have to find a way to pay a monthly payment for the health insurance policy. It will help actual health care costs (hopefully), but that savings may not been seen for a while. It may be good for the system because it may cut down the number of ER visits. If a person has health insurance they may not put off going to the doctor until they are about to die. My vote would be for it.
