Health Access is a limited-benefit health plan offered by Assurant Health. The plans cover certain services such as doctor office visits and prescription drugs up to a set dollar amount. They are not major medical health insurance plans and should not be used to replace such coverage.
Health Access is available in AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MI, MO, MS, NC, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, WI, WV & WY.
