Internet's QuickQuote Announces "CyberAgent™" Program

Incline Village, NV - The QuickQuote Insurance Agency, which developedthe Internet's first "interactive" insurance and annuity comparison serviceearlier this year, is now launching a program to make "CyberAgents™" outof the nation's thousands of independent insurance brokers.

"We want to give agents more choices for their clients with more productsand the best prices available while joining the information superhighwayrevolution," said QuickQuote President Daniel P. Wager.

QuickQuote's CyberAgent™ Network will debut in January 1996to provide independent insurance agents and brokers with unlimited useof the QuickQuote comparison service through a special CyberAgent accesscode. In addition, the program offers agents:

-A customized software package, called the QuickQuote Depository, thatallows them to complete, download and print all carrier application formsonline;

-Top appointments to all or any of the insurance companies representedby QuickQuote;

-Aggregate bonuses based on total production; Online underwriting status and updates;

-The option to make a "special request quote" from the carrier of theirchoice on each comparison; and

-A start-up set of QuickQuote promotional materials and the CyberAgentForum. According to company officials, QuickQuote's CyberAgents will havetheir own customized website to access the quoting system and online applicationforms. Once the forms are filled in, QuickQuote's electronic backroom processingtakes over to order paramed exams and to alert carriers and their underwritingdepartments about the pending application. The electronic transfer of datais designed to speed up the application process by at least seven workingdays.

QuickQuote, now licensed in most states, has been appointed to representmore than 35 insurance companies. QuickQuote's database compares 1,400term life plans and 120 annuity plans. The online quoting system generatesthe top five best buys in term life or annuities instantaneously alongwith company and product profiles. Agents will be able to access the system 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

"We're excited to offer agents the ability to clean out all those space-consuminginsurance forms from their offices and become virtually electronic," said Daniel P. Wager, QuickQuote's president and founder. "Our online formsprogram will maintain all forms' updates and include every type of applicationand form for every state in which the carrier is licensed and for everypotential client requirement."

CyberAgents will need to have their own personal computer, modem andInternet Service Provider access (as recommended through QuickQuote's "PPOof Internet Service Providers" ) in order to take advantage of the QuickQuoteprogram. Once they're online, QuickQuote provides full E-mail support regardingfollow-up on application processing and status reports. Agents even canapply to join the QuickQuote program via the Internet.
