Actually, my wife is quite thankful for Zappos, the online shoe retailer. But today, I stumbled across this heart-warming blog post about the company and felt compelled to share it. What does it have to do with Thanksgiving or life insurance? Nothing at all. But you may enjoy it anyway.
Zappos is known for its world-class customer service. The company boasts a strong reputation for making the customer experience both enjoyable and memorable. The post above provides an excellent example of this.
