As with our Quote Questionnaire, QuickQuote asks for the minimum amount of information required to send you an application. We take great measure to provide our customers with easy, short and non-intrusive questions. The QuickQuote application only asks contact information required to send an application and to follow up if there are any difficulties throughout the process. Step 1: Contact Information
Nearly all fields listed in this step are required, with the exception of the work telephone number and middle initial.
Step 2: Insurance Application Delivery
Here you can choose the application delivery method. Options include completing your application forms with a licensed insurance professional by phone, downloading the forms directly from our Web site to your computer for printing and form delivery by U.S. Mail or you may complete your application using the QuickQuote Virtual Form system (note: not all options are available with all companies/states). If you select the download option, we will mail a paper application as a follow up for the instances where there were problems downloading or printing the forms. If you receive this mailed application and have successfully printed your application forms already, you may discard the follow up application. Please expect your term life insurance application to take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive for the U.S. Mail option.
